How quotations work
- Choose products from the catalog and add the items you want reviewed.
- Send the quote request with your facility, quantity, and delivery details.
- Our team reviews the request and confirms pricing, availability, lead time, and next steps.
If you know what your facility needs but not which model to choose, use the equipment help inquiry or contact the team. A quote is prepared after the requirements and product configuration are understood.
Pricing and availability
Catalog pricing may not be shown because the final amount can depend on model, configuration, quantity, delivery location, taxes, freight, installation, and current stock. Product availability and lead times are confirmed in writing for each request.
Delivery and receiving
Delivery arrangements are coordinated per order and location. Before confirmation, discuss access restrictions, receiving hours, loading docks, liftgate needs, installation, temperature requirements, and any other handling instructions with the team.
The customer should provide an accurate delivery address and an authorized receiving contact. Any applicable delivery fees, taxes, insurance, and lead-time conditions will be stated in the relevant quote or order documents.
Cancellations, returns, and product issues
If you need to change or cancel a request, contact the team as soon as possible and include the quote or order reference. Whether a cancellation, return, replacement, or credit is available depends on the order status, product type, manufacturer terms, and applicable law.
Report delivery damage, missing items, or suspected product issues promptly with the reference number and supporting details. Do not return equipment or reagents until the team provides written instructions.
