Lifetime service and maintenance are free for as long as the customer purchases reagents and consumables. Damage caused by user negligence is excluded from warranty coverage, and the user is responsible for the cost of repairs and spare parts for such damage. To schedule support, submit a service request with your equipment model, issue, and location.
What warranty and after-sales support are included?
Equipment includes a one-year warranty on parts and labor, plus free on-site applications support: four days after installation and a one-time three-day follow-up upon request, subject to specialist availability. Lifetime service and maintenance are free while you continue purchasing reagents and consumables. Damage caused by user negligence is excluded from warranty coverage.
